The reason why I'm writing this blog post is not quite complicated, as every single one of us lacks motivation from time to time. We all know this gorgeous feeling when you have so many things to do, that the only reasonable activity is to lay down and not even move for the next 30 minutes, at least. Or when you don't want to do something, only because the devastating possibility of failure is stronger that your actual inclination to do it. Or when you have tried so many times, that one more bid seems completely aimless and time-wasting.
When you are the surrenderer, your salved conscience may not really show you how much have you lost. But what if one of those people gave up? WALT DISNEY
The man who lacked imagination and had no good ideas, with an animation company that went bankrupt, turned down around 300 times before getting a financial support to create Disney World.
ALBERT EINSTEIN
Ordinary, underestimated little boy who couldn't say a word until he was four, and didn't read until seven, accused of being mentally handicapped, without any support from his parents and teachers' side.
MICHAEL JORDAN
"I have missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I have lost almost 300 games. On 26 occasions I have been entrusted to take the game winning shot and I missed. I have failde over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed."
STEPHEN KING
"Carrie", first book of one of the best-known authors was rejected 30 times which resulted in a novel being thrown in the trash. But thanks to his wife, who retrieved it out of the rubbish bin and encouraged King to resubmit it.
VINCENT VAN GOGH
Sold one painting in his lifetime! Only one, single painting to his friend, even though he could have sold around 800 pieces. Now his most expensive creation is worth more than $142 million.
Not to mention J.K.Rowling who introduced the whole world with a magical world of Harry Potter and Colonel Harland Sanders who, despite all the difficulties, gave us KFC.
So, what if all these amazing, absolutely exceptional people, known all over the world as great inventors, artists or even role models, simply gave up years ago? And what if you give up right now? You are not different from any of them.
So get up, dress up, show up and never give up!
